Coaching is of various kinds and it requires deep trust between the person and the coach. This is why we brought diverse certified coaches for diverse profiles and objectives. All are aligned around our mission – to help companies live their values while having a memorable positive impact in the lives of the people we work with.
We have a strong team of internal and external certified coaches (ICF, MGSCC, etc) addressing a large array of business needs. We do not do life coaching although we scientifically address personal balance before focusing on the managerial needs.
Usually the coaching sessions happen once a month and take 1-2h but the frequency is customized to the objectives and the profile of the person. As our certified coaches have extensive and diverse business expertise, we also believe that a combination of mentoring and coaching is probably the best mix based on the needs of the people we have been coaching.
The change phases include: diagnosis, awareness, interest, trial and adoption.
Both mentoring and coaching are about change and, therefore, mentoring helps with the awareness phase. For us to change, we need to be both aware and a bit frustrated with the status quo and mentoring sessions are just about that. About placing mirrors, about story telling from real world, about generating some frustration (not demotivation) and about picking the brain of the coach for understanding similar business situations and how other successful people reacted, getting the inspiration or the “watch-outs” for our own choices.
Our recruiters’ and founders’ 20+ years of recruitment expertise has helped us in addressing the right programs for the companies. There are many training companies on the market and this is a good thing, as customers have choices. There are few players, though, that have trainers with deep business expertise, are properly following up and measuring the evolution of the trainees, as well as measuring the Return on Learning Investment.
